01Scope and permission
These terms apply to Cuvel SQL, its website, distribution and support provided by Takayoshi Iwasaki. Use is permitted under these terms and conditions displayed upon distribution; intellectual property is not transferred. Paid features and licensing units will be stated when sales begin. An Editor license does not automatically cover Cuvel SQL.
02Access rights and backups
Connect only to database or SSH servers you are authorized to use. SQL, updates, deletions, schema changes and imports affect real data. Check the target and operation, maintain backups and manage permissions. Confirmations and transactions cannot guarantee prevention of every error or loss. Follow applicable laws and organizational rules for personal and third-party data.
03Prohibited conduct and third-party software
Unauthorized access, infringement of data or rights, disruption, unauthorized redistribution or resale and bypassing protections beyond what law permits are prohibited. Rights belong to the operator or rightful owners. Third-party software, including open source, remains subject to its own licenses; their permissions are not restricted.
04Prices, payment and refunds
Prices are the tax-inclusive amounts at checkout. Credit cards are charged upon order confirmation, after which downloads are immediately available. Refunds are accepted within seven days of purchase. Contact us below with information identifying the purchase. You bear connectivity costs. Statutory cancellation and remedy rights remain unaffected. Sales are being prepared; orders and payments are not yet accepted.
05Requirements, availability and liability
Requirements and availability follow the official website. Perfect operation across all database versions or environments, uninterrupted service and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. We aim to provide reasonable fixes or guidance. Maintenance or failures may require changes or interruptions. To the extent legally permitted, liability for indirect losses or lost profits is excluded except for intent or gross negligence. This does not exclude injury, death or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
06Privacy and changes
Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. These terms may change with laws or services. Important changes and their effective dates will be announced with reasonable notice, and consent obtained where required.
07Law, jurisdiction and language
Japanese law applies. To the extent legally permitted, the Osaka District Court is the agreed exclusive court of first instance. Japanese is authoritative, without limiting mandatory legal protections applicable to you. Contact us below with inquiries.
